Shipping & Returns


We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $7.95. Orders over $75.00 ship for free, just use coupon code WILD16 at checkout.

We do not currently offer international shipping via our website. If you are located outside of the United States and would like to place an order, please contact us at


If you would like to return our item, you may do so within 30 days of product receipt. After 30 days, your purchase is no longer eligible for refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at We will provide information on how to return the damaged item(s). 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

When returning an item, be sure to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. If an item is lost in the mail, we cannot be held responsible for the loss.

Depending on where you live, the time it will take to receive your exchanged item will vary.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
